For some strange reason many people believe that there is a God but that He is absolutely detached and disinterested in the earth, the human beings he created and the world in which they live. A simple question that many are not asking is: Why would God take the time and trouble to create a universe and a people made in His own image and then abandon it?
It makes no sense whatsoever, yet many believe this with religious zeal.
It also explains why many – including professing Christians – do not believe in modern day prophets and prophecy. Some are willing to believe in the Bible but not in prophecy and prophets.
Apparently, someone has issued God with a “Gag Order”; the same God who spoke the world into existence, the same God who created speech; the same God who confounded the languages over the building of the tower of Babel.
Many people – again including professing Christians – would rather believe the diabolical predictions of the UN United Nations and WEF (World Economic Forum) than believe the prophetic Word of God and his genuine prophets.
Of course, there have been – and will continue to be – false prophets! Even the Bible recognizes this. Therefore, Jehovah has given an ACID TEST to apply to all prophets and prophecies. It is found in Deuteronomy 18:22 and reads as follows:
If what a prophet proclaims in the name of the LORD does not take place or come true, that is a message the LORD has not spoken. That prophet has spoken presumptuously, so do not be alarmed. Deuteronomy 18:22 NIV
During the last few years, we have listened to and applied that ACID TEST to a number of prophetic voices coming mostly out of the United States and Canada. In this series, Caribbean Prophetic Briefings, we bring you excerpts and reviews of those prophetic statements.
In this review we target Iran; in particular, the recent and impending events there. Our prophetic briefing focuses on the fulfilment of the prophecies from Julie Green of Julie Green Ministries who can be found on Rumble.
